The Board of Directors of the GCI Alaska Academic Decathlon cordially invites one student representative from each team to attend the Saturday Feedback Luncheon currently scheduled from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday March 3rd, 2007.
The purpose of this luncheon is to provide an opportunity for the students to give comments and to offer suggestions for improving the Decathlon and to meet the Board Members and State Director. This is an optional activity, however, you are encouraged to send a representative from your team.
In order to accurately budget for our food order and provide the Hilton Hotel with a head count for the meal we must require this pre-registration form be submitted no later than January 30. Please, if you register be sure to attend. GCI Alaska Academic Decathlon will have to pay for all meals ordered. The student selected to attend is at the total discretion of the participating team, but should be someone who will accurately represent the comments of all team members. Student name may be given at the time of registration and team check in at the hotel.
