This form must include the past two years of work.

Information may be submitted using this automated form, but must be substantiated
with copies of the student's official transcript.
Coaches are required to bring the official transcripts for each student to the competition and to provide them to the GPA Verification Chairperson upon request.

Many schools use different names for certain academic classes. If you have names for classes that may be unclear to the Alaska Academic Decathlon, please explain what the class is. If a class was taken for only the fall or spring semester, then count it as such in your tabulation.
